  1. Jake and Ethan did a great job explaining Robert Frost. I was very impressed on how much details they knew about Frost. One interesting thing I learned about Frost was that he shared the honor of co-valedictorian with his wife. I like how they analyze a poem from Frost stanza by stanza. They did a good on their analysis. They were really interested and outgoing with the subject matter. I could tell they enjoyed every minute of the presentation. They can improve on the transitions between topics. Maybe next time you guys can practice rehearsing the presentation. Overall, you did a great job.

  2. Jake and Ethan were very knowledgeable about Robert Frost, and that made it very easy to understand the whole presentation. They knew what they were talking about, which made it easier for the audience to pick up on it. They explained everything very well and did a great job with their analysis of the poems. I thought it was really funny how they included that Robert Frost was a frat boy. One thing that I would change would be their slide show. They had all the information crammed together. I would have spaced out the slides a little bit to make it a little easier to understand and give everything a bit more room. I enjoyed this presentation a lot, and I think Ethan and Jake did a fantastic job.

  3. I enjoyed Ethan and Jake's presentation. Everyone has read a poem or two by Robert Frost in their life but rarely do they get to hear the background of his life, so I appreciated learning about his personal life and where he came from. One thing that stood out from your presentation that I haven't seen in other presentations is you added little sprits of humor there and there. I think this healthy for a presentation because it helps the audience stay involved and interested in your poet and presentation, I particularly enjoyed the jokes about Robert Frost being a frat boy. I feel like I learned a lot about Robert Frost during this presentation but the only thing I would suggest is maybe practicing a couple times before you actual present, it seemed like at times you were confused by who was going to say what or who had which slides. Besides that, it was an awesome presentation about an awesome poet!

  4. You guys did very well on your presentation. You had a lot of interesting information and was well organized. There were parts that were funny like Frost being a frat boy or a bad farmer. I liked that you guys included a little fun fact page. The only thing i noticed was every once in a while you two would try to figure out who was going to talk next. That is the only thing i would improve on. Other than that, great job!

  5. I really like how you guys weaved together his life and his career, that is a lot of information to handle. The smaller details like that he sold his first poem for $15, then money, and the mountain side castle school that he taught at during the summer really brought it to life. Because it was so much stuff to remember you would read off of the slides every once in a while, but yeah it was a lot of stuff. I thought that your choice of poems were good. He is such a well known poet that all of us probably have at least have heard two out of the three before. You guys did a great job.

  6. I really enjoyed your presentation. It was interesting to learn that his mother was a Scottish imigrant. I also enjoyed the timeline you presented with how it went through his smaller beginnings to his major accomplishments. It was interesting that he went from being a farmer to a professor for 40 years. I also enjoyed learning about his major awards and accomplishments.Your analysis of the poems was well planned by taking it stanza to stanza to an overall complete thought. The only critism I have is some of the slides were a little text heavy but overall great job!
